We’re looking for enthusiastic, safety-focused instructors who love working with kids and want to help families build confidence in and around the water. At Aqua-Tots, we don’t just teach swimming — we build life-saving skills and unforgettable moments.
💼 What You'll Be Doing:
🛟 Teach swim lessons using the Aqua-Tots curriculum
🕒 Arrive 15 minutes before your shift, ready to go
👕 Rock your Aqua-Tots uniform with pride
💧 Set up and clean up teaching areas before and after each shift
📋 Maintain accurate records with electronic Aqua Cards
📣 Provide clear, positive feedback to parents
🧽 Pitch in with cleaning or other tasks as needed
👩👧👦 Build rapport with children and their families
✅ Understand and uphold Aqua-Tots safety standards and values
🤝 Attend team meetings and in-service trainings
🦈 What You Need:
🎓 Current National Lifeguard (NL) Certification
🚑 Standard First Aid with CPR-C & AED
📅 Availability for a minimum of 2 in-water shifts per week (approx.8-10 hours)
👂 Great communication skills for both kids and parents
🛡️ A valid Vulnerable Sector Check
🌟 Bonus Points If You Have:
🗣️ Bilingual in French & English
🏫 Teaching or childcare experience
🎯 A passion for helping others succeed
💻 Comfort with tech tools and mobile apps
